# Velqantra Cloud

> Velqantra Cloud (VQT) is a managed cloud server provider. Each customer gets a managed server, a managed PostgreSQL database, encrypted daily backups that can be downloaded and restored, and billing and support in one web console.

## What the service includes

- Managed server operations: live CPU, memory and disk readings; start, restart and graceful shutdown with typed confirmation.
- Managed PostgreSQL database on the customer's server (Complete plan and above).
- Encrypted backups: AES-256-GCM in authenticated 1 MiB chunks, SHA-256 verified before a backup counts, daily at a chosen hour, with retention and archive storage set by the plan.
- An AI assistant included in the Complete plan, set up and maintained by Velqantra.
- Support requests handled in threads inside the console.

## Plans and billing

- Plans range from an entry plan to an enterprise plan with 365 copies and 1.5 TB of archive storage. Current prices: https://velqantra.cloud/#pricing
- Billing is monthly or yearly in US dollars. Yearly billing is twelve months less a discount.
- Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available in the customer's billing country, or by cryptocurrency (for example USDT) from anywhere.
- Every confirmed payment produces an immutable receipt; invoices are downloadable as PDF.
